This is my October post for Winter Wonderland Challenge Blog:
For this month's challenge, sadly, we don't have a sponsor.
I found some inspiration in the challenges bellow for my choice of papers and used a negative ornament cut (Sizzix and Hero Arts) from a previous project.
I decided to make a shaker using page protector as transparency and foam tape:
I didn't have read pearls, so I decided to complete the look by coloring the ones I had with permanent marker.
I stamped the inside of a CTMH white card with a Christmas sentiment using Candy Apple distress ink. I cut a piece of embossed cardstock to fit the outside of the card (it had Santa's image, so I liked it for this look) and some peppermint stripped printed paper for the center strip.
I colored the Chickadee image and finished the shaker using some pearls and other Christmas fillers for the inside. I mounted all pieces together and used double side tape to add to the card.
I assembled the card using the sketch as a simple guide using double side tape, and added the colored pearls as final touch:
