DT: Stay Home Card

 Dear Scrappers,

This is my post for Craftwell:
For this post, I made a CAS card for a friend, who got sick with COVID-19. And I just noticed that I misspelled it 😓, embarrassing... mostly because I gave her the car already.
Here the original misspelled card:

The inside of the card:

I used the following materials and dies:

and
My SNAP for the die cuts
Michaels embossed cardstock in white
CTMH champagne cardstock
Spellbinder nested square dies

Steps:
1- I stamped the HOME word and the chart using the Color Box and FSJ inks.
2- I died cut each letter using the square die and the stamped chart image.
3- I inked the edges of each square with a paint brush with the coordinated color.
4- I glued each square using 3D dots for dimension.
5. Finally, I glued the medical chart-square to the inside of the card and stamped the coordinated sentiment.

I brought the card with some tortilla soup to my friend's house and left it at the door after ringing the bell and sending her a text.

I hope you enjoyed my quick and easy project and please make sure to visit Craftwell for more inspiration and to follow me

Craftwell DT: Baptism Favors

 Dear Scrappers,

This is my post for Craftwell:
For this post, I made baptism favors for my Godson's special day.
I used the following materials and dies:

My SNAP for the die cuts
Jane Davenport Gold Squid Ink
Heartfelt Creations cross dies
CTMH sunburst stamp
BoBunny cross dies
Tattered Lace tag die
Rosary and other dies, I can remember right now.
Xyron stickers maker
Gold DecoFoil
Laminating machine
Brother toner printer
Michaels cardstock in blue and pearlescent white
whole puncher

Steps:
1- I printed the baptism details and then run the cardstock through the laminating machine using DecoFoil to gild the printed cards.
2- I die cut the tags and made punched the wholes
3- I die cut a bunch of crosses from different companies and run the die cuts through the Xyron sticker maker.
4- I stamped the sunburst with Gold ink and added a die cut cross on each stamped sunburst
5. Finally, I attached the tags using gold thread to the printed ribbon bows for each Cross favor for each family.

I also made some candy favor boxes for the children as well:
I stamped some Dollar Tree paper favor bags with the sunburst and added a die cut cross to match with the adult's favors. Finally, I added the blue tags to each bag.

I was able to make all the baptism favors the night before the baptism and surprised my "comadre" with them.
