Eureka Stamps Challenge #168 Angels

Our Challenge theme at Eureka Stamps this week is:

Angels

So, I decided to use this theme to make for my Son's class bookmarks to go with the cross cookies my friend Paula did for me.
I used the digital stamps:

and some new CTMH card stock: glacier and white daisy, and baker twines.

 The front of the bookmark.
Back of the bookmark with the darling sentiment: You've been touched by an angel.
I printed the sentiment directly on the bookmarks and run it through my hot laminating machine with heat reactive foil (green and silver, Michaels).

Here a closer image from my first time experimenting with foil...
All the the bookmarks I made,
Here a picture of the bookmark with one of the cookies I gave my Son's fellow students.

I hope you enjoyed this projects and visit the other designers at Eureka stamps and give them some love as well.
Happy Thanksgiving,

Vicky Tovar

Eureka Stamps Challenge #167 Anything Goes Happy Monday!

Happy Monday!

Thank you to everyone who participated in our
"Colors of Fall Challenge" last week.

This week we have a "Anything go Challenge" at the Eureka Stamp blog. Thus, Please visit the Eureka Stamps blog to see the remainder of the DT creations.
For this creation, I used the Digi22002 (530) "give thanks digital stamp:

My Mom made the wreaths for my front doors, and I needed something to highlight the main door from the other wreath. So, I decided to make a sign from the digital stamp:

I used some liquid glue and added some Martha Stewart fine glitter, and some brads bought at Scrapbook N' More, our local Scrapbooking store.

Here is how both wreaths look at my front doors.

I hope you visit the other designers and give the, some live as well,
I look forward to reading from you,
Thanks you

HeeHaw!

I made this fun double layout to display some picture of my children and their cousins horse riding to get Cola de Caballo, Monterrey, Mexico. And was delighted to use this Latina Crafter's cowboy and cowgirl stamps. They are adorable.

I also used an old paper pack from CTMH (Dakota) and some even older complement stickers (Sarsaparilla).
A closer look to each side of the layout:
The  ipsy bitsy blue eyelets are from Connie's Store.
And even closer look to my embellishments. You can see the fun sayings in both stamps sets are in Spanish and some in English, perfect for my bilingual children.

In General a fun and simple layout.

Eureka Stamps Challenge #166 The Colors of Fall

Dear scrappers,
Here is Veronica, from Vicky's scrapping passion and here is my card for this week challenge at Eureka Stamps:
Eureka Stamps Challenge #166 The Colors of Fall

I used the 22004 Smell the Pumpkins and 34701 Fall Set of 4 Eureka digital stamps:

I used some old fall theme papers from CTMH, and versa mark pen to embossed with different embossing powders (Gold, CTMH, orange, Egyptian gold, vintage photo, Ranger). I used my Faber Castles colors and some pastel green to add a smooth finish to the leaves. Finally I used Smooch in dark bronze to outline the leaves.
I used the sketch at Share joy challenges, as inspirations as well as the colors of the pictures to inspire my picture:

I used some Tim Holtz word dies for the sentiment.

I used the Casual Friday challenge as inspiration to do the metallic embossing.
And the The texture challenge at Virginia's view to add extra texture using more embossing powders and layer them...
I hope you enjoy this fun card and participate in the Eureka Stamps challenge: Colors of Fall.

Eureka Stamps Challenge #165 Give Thanks

Dear Scrappers,

This is my first post as a designer for Eureka Stamps Blog. So far I love their stamps and digital images. I played with some of them for this week challenge:

All images are available at Eureka stamps store: http://www.eurekastamps.com/
Please stop by and check out their products, they are amazing.

Besides the Eureka stamps challenge, I got inspired by 2 other challenges:
I used their sketch and color combination to get inspired for my own post.
and

I used an old kit from Paper Wishes monthly scrapbooking kit from at least 5 years ago.

Here some more views of my card:
The round die and the tag die are from spellbinder, also from my stash.
The stickers and border die cuts as well as card stock are from the Paper Wishes kit.

The ribbon is also a leftover from previous projects, as well as the brads.

I hope you enjoy this fun project and give me some feedback.
I look forward to continue designing Eureka Stamps

Many blessings

Vicky
