DT CraftWell: Celebrar Birthday Card

Hi,

This is my post for Craftwell.
A friend of mine had her birthday the same week of Fiesta, so I decided to make her a Fiesta related birthday card.

Here is the inside of the card:

I used a pinata die from HeroArts and HeroArts stamps and inks, Sabor (Ole) printed paper, IKEA A4 tissue paper, and CTMH pinata stamp for the CTMH with black CTMH ink for the pinata robe.

In short. I cut the pinata layer from blue left over cardstock (CTMH), little rectangles of tissue to make the fringe layers, and attached the layers using scrapbook.com 1/4 transparent doble side tape:

I didn't do a perfect job in cutting the layers, but the imperfections add to the pinata charm:

To finish the card, I added the Hooray sentiment stamped in different colors for the front, I stamped the banners also in three different colors and the "feliz cumpleanos" sentiment for the inside of the card.

DT CraftWell: FIESTA Banner

Hi,

This is my post for Craftwell.
This year for our Fiesta celebration at school, I decided to do some banner for the booth that the American Heritage Girls (AHG) were manning:

I used some frame dies from HeroArts and Crafty Chica's new dies line from Makers Movement, HeroArts fringe die, and old stamped die cuts left over from this project.

The letters were cut by a friend of my using her Brother's Scan N' Cut and glued them to the corrugated cardboard panels.

For the AHG banner, I used the negative cuts from the frame die cuts:

I punched the wholes using the CropAdile, knotted some ribbons for the banner, and added the Crafty chica papel picado banner panels to each end:

For the Fiesta banner, I used the leftover die cuts to embellish each letter
