Connie Can Crop DT: Little St. Valentine's Gifts

Hi happy Scrappers,

This is my post for Connie Can Crop
For this project  I made little St.Valentine's gifts for my children teachers:

I made these cute french fries tree boxes using the Heart Treat Box (Free SVG) file from this month challenge sponsor:

Dreaming Tree!!

I used CTMH glitter and regular papers, some Teresa Collins papers, and some WeRMemories papers:

I also used LIQUID Glass to close the boxes, as it dies so quickly.

For the tags, I used a punch and stamp set from EK success, CTMH inks, and CTMH pink wool thread, and some Bazzil peach paper scraps from a different project:

A closer look to the tags:

This file was supper easy to cut and even score using my Cricut Explorer.
I added some homemade cookies, I decorated as part of a class by my dear friend Paula Chavart:

I found these cool stumblers and added some goodies and my tags for my husband's MAs:

A closer look to the fries boxes without the goodies:

I hope you enjoy this project and visit me to see further pictures by tomorrow.

Eureka Stamps Challenge #180 Feathers & Fur

Eureka Stamps Challenge theme this week is

For my card this week I used 24002 Gorilla with Hearts and for the Inside  24001 Gorillya Valentine:

I created this card for my son for St. Valentine's day. I used some watercolor pencils and a blending pen to color my gorilla. This is my first more successful time using this technique. I used a 6x6 paper pack from Latina Crafter.

I still needed some bling, but I could't find in my stash some red or pink Dazzles, so I used so silver ones and colored with this alcohol marker.

Here is a closer look at the finished image with accent hearts.

For the inside, I used some picked raspberry (TH) distress inked sentiment and added some shimmer using a pink metallic pen.

I was inspired by the TE Share the Joy challenge sketch:
and adapted it for my the Eureka stamps digital image.

For the color combination, I was inspired by this month's Latina Crafter's twist:

I am also entering this challenge at Left of Center Creative Challenges:

I hope you enjoy this card and leave some comments.
Have a wonderful week,

Vicky

Eureka Stamps Challenge #178 - Add Some Sparkle

We have a new Challenge at Eureka Stamp this week:

Add Some Sparkle

For my take, I decided to use a card, which I was making as part of my friend, Gloria, workshop from CTMH. I saw that card she had planned and remembered this Eureka stamp: Cascading hearts, which is perfect for this cascading heart card. Thus, I just replaced the stamped images, with die cuts from the stamped cascading hearts image.

 Opened

Then, I colored the image with some wink of Stella marker, some ruby glass effect-, and glitter gel- pen from Viva Colors to add some sparkle to the card.
I did use the CTMH stamped sentiment, as well as the white glitter paper die cut (CTMH).
Some more views of this fun card:

I hope you decide to participate in this fun challenge and give me you opinion here as well:

I am entering my card in the following challenges:

Eureka Stamps Challenge #177 - Love Is In The Air/Valentine Cards

Eureka stamp Challenge theme this week is:

Love Is In The Air/Valentine Cards

My project:

&

Inside  903 I Love You

For my card this week, I was inspired by several challenges online (besides ours ;-):

And Latina crafter:

Sketch # 55 + Twist de enero!!   I used the twist colors and theme.

Again for this card, I used my mini minc, still unsuccessful, but I still like the result (added shine to my letters instead of the holographic foil I was intending to do):

I used papers from CTMH, ribbon from 3- Girls Jam, Minc Foil, Heart veneers from Latina Crafter, "para ti" stamp also from Latina crafter,  Melissa Frances fine glitter, random hearts embossing machine (bought at a garage sell), and distressing tool from TH.

I added some glitter to my  veneer hearts, leaving the one of the LOVE heart without for extra interest.

In general a fun card to make for the non-cardmaker crafter.

I also got inspired by the following challenges:

Glitter

Ribbon

Best luck in our own challenge and have a wonderful week,

Vicky
